We are honored that you are considering entrusting us with your child’s education during these foundational years. Below is the Student Handbook and Enrollment Packet. It includes our Tuition Policy, Attendance Policy, Arrival and Dismissal Policy, Dress Code Policy, Lunch & Snack Policy, Behavior Policy, Emergency Drill Policy, Homework Policy, Non-Discrimination Policy, Anti-Bullying Policy, Personal Electronic Devices Policy, Technology Policy, Internet Safety, Administration of Medication Policy, alongside other critical information for RISE Families. The RISE Enrollment packet must be signed and returned to admin@rise-va.org once the family interview is complete. 

State law (Ref. Code of Virginia § 22.1-270) requires that your child is immunized and receives a comprehensive physical examination before entering public kindergarten or elementary school. The parent or guardian completes this page (Part I) of the form. The Medical Provider completes Part II and Part III of the form. The form below must be completed no earlier than one year before your child’s entry into school. Health Entrance form is also available in Arabic, Pashto, Dari, Spanish here.

Please submit a Student Absence Form to notify us of your child's absence.

Students are expected to dress modestly in accordance with Islamic guidelines. Our dress code includes a Navy blue polo style shirt and khaki pants for boys. Girls will be required to wear a navy blue jumper or dress and a white scarf (scarf is optional except during salaat). Students should also wear sweaters or coats that are appropriate; no inappropriate graphics or wording .
